2How to ask for a refund
Email cs@azslidewedding.com from the address you used to buy, with your order code if you have it. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, since Paddle processes our payments.
3When you get your money
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
4Your event after a refund
The package is cancelled and the event goes back to demo mode.
5Who handles payments
