1Who we are
azSlideWedding (azslidewedding.com) is operated by Tran Van Hien, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Questions about your data: cs@azslidewedding.com.
2What we collect
- Account: your name and email address from Google when you sign in. We never see your Google password.
- Events: the couple's names, reception names and dates, the couple photos and backgrounds you upload, and your screen settings.
- Guest posts: the photo, name and wish a guest sends. Location data (GPS) is removed from photos. Guests do not need an account.
- Orders: the package you request, its status and order code. When you pay online, Paddle collects your payment details; we receive your name, email, country and the transaction details, never your card number.
- Visits: pages viewed, the link that brought you, device type, browser and a country guessed from your time zone. We do not store IP addresses.
3How we use it
We use this data to run the service (showing posts on the screen, building the album, letting co-managers in), to answer you, to stop spam and abuse, to handle orders and refunds, and to see which pages and campaigns work. We do not sell personal data and we do not build advertising profiles.
4Who we share it with
- Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, for checkout, payments, invoices, tax and refunds. Paddle handles this data under its own privacy notice.
- Google, to sign you in.
- OVHcloud, which hosts our servers and backups. Our servers may be outside your country.
- Telegram, where our team gets a short notice (name and email) when a new account or package request comes in.
- People at the reception see guest posts on the screen. The couple, their co-managers and whoever holds the approver link can see and manage them.
- Public authorities, only when the law requires it.
5How long we keep it
- Guest photos and wishes: deleted automatically 30 days after the reception's screen closes.
- Visit statistics: about 13 months.
- Your account and events: until you ask us to delete them.
- Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server backups: up to 14 days.
6Cookies
- lw_session keeps you signed in.
- NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language.
- lw_device is a random id that limits how many photos one phone can send to a reception (kept 1 year).
- lw_vid and lw_sid count visits anonymously (kept about 13 months and 30 minutes).
We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing cs@azslidewedding.com. We reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place with data protection law, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Guests who want a post removed can ask the couple or email us.
8Children
Accounts are for adults. Guest photos may show children: the couple and their moderators decide what goes on the screen, and we remove any post on request.
9Security
Everything is sent over HTTPS, screen and approver links are secret, only our team has admin access, and the database is backed up every day. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
